Having worked within the property industry since early 1998 Theo Florent started off a career in property management working for an Investment Property Company in Dublin 2.
This involved managing a portfolio of commercial and residential property within the City Centre to include block & facilities management, property acquisitions & new build projects.
Within this eight year period a complete understanding of the property industry began to unfold and a move to another property company in 2006 came about as the pre-empted property industry downturn led to this investment property company moving investments abroad.
In 2006. A move to an accountancy practice to manage another portfolio of residential property took place, ten years down the line and with even more experience garnered within the industry Prestige Property Consultants was founded.
It is safe to say that a complete knowledge and understanding of the property industry throughout this time has been collected and consultation can be offered in relation to sales, letting, property acquisition, block management, property refurbishment, new builds and any and all regulation in this regard.
