Having worked within the property industry since early 1998 Theo Florent started off a career in property management working for an Investment Property Company in Dublin 2.

This involved managing a portfolio of commercial and residential property within the City Centre to include block & facilities management, property acquisitions & new build projects.

Within this eight year period a complete understanding of the property industry began to unfold and a move to another property company in 2006 came about as the pre-empted property industry downturn led to this investment property company moving investments abroad.

In 2006. A move to an accountancy practice to manage another portfolio of residential property took place, ten years down the line and with even more experience garnered within the industry Prestige Property Consultants was founded.

It is safe to say that a complete knowledge and understanding of the property industry throughout this time has been collected and consultation can be offered in relation to sales, letting, property acquisition, block management, property refurbishment, new builds and any and all regulation in this regard.

The ideal property consultant in an ever changing industry if ever one was needed.

Stephanie Igoe

Stephanie grew up in Canada and attended McMaster University before moving on to work at a number of high profile companies to include The Law Society (UK), The Insurance Ombudsman Bureau (UK), The Bank of Montreal (CA) and CCI Triad (Irl).

She emigrated to Ireland nearly 30 years ago with her husband and raised a family.

Stephanie first entered the property industry where she worked at an established estate agents and managed a varied lettings portfolio in Co. Longford. During this period, Stephanie gained a vast experience and insight into the local letting and property management industry.

A move to a London based Property Investment Company for a further period saw Stephanie take up a position managing a lettings portfolio based in Ireland. An infinite knowledge of the property industry during this time was attained and expanded upon with property investment and return ratio being a keen focus.

Stephanie is professional in her approach and offers an infinite knowledge of the property industry to all her clients. Stephanie specializes in the letting and management of property and in particular portfolio management.

In addition, Stephanie is a member of the Housing SPC at the County Council, a former vice chair of the County Childcare Committee, a current Director and former Chairperson at Women’s Link and former ICA Federation President.
This combination of professional and volunteer work allows Stephanie to apply her infinite knowledge of the local community and the property industry to the challenges property owners face in today’s ever changing market.
